3. The Opportunity Providers will show in their ads what is most important for their opportunity - qualifications versus Motivation, illustrated by a hundred percent bar. If qualifications are more important, the bar should show 75% in favor of qualified and 25% in the percentage of Motivation and visa versa.
4. Motis makes it possible for you or your business to get prioritized when JOOB selects candidates for interviews. Furthermore, you or your business needs to meet the requirements and qualifications. If they aren't accepted, the allocations of Motis haven't any effect on the selection, where your Motis will be lost.
