Registered JOOB Seekers can subscribe to JOOB Subscription packages. You can apply for opportunities suitable for your profile, requirement, and motivation. We advise Seekers to complete their profile so that they can enhance their scope of getting selected.

Registered JOOB Provider can subscribe to JOOB packages. You can post opportunities according to your requirement and expectations. We advise providers to choose their subscription packages wisely and complete their profile before creating new Ads.

Use our JOOB Search Filter on the Search, Opportunity page. This option lets you filter opportunities by location, industry, and/or type. After selecting your preferences click on the "Search" button.

When you click on the "Apply" Button it will ask you for the amount of Motis you wish to apply for the selected opportunity. Enter the Motis as per your motivation towards opportunity and click on, Confirm, to proceed.

All seekers will get notified on day 4 (the day after the ad is closed). All notifications will come on E-mail.

To reset your password Reset the password link on Login Page Type the email address that you used to create your user account and click on "Email new password" Then follow the easy steps as the email explains.

Motis(Motivational Capital Currency) is a Virtual Currency where Seekers can use their Motivational Currency from their wallet when applying for Opportunities to show their Motivation and Dedication towards that Opportunity.

Motis is the heart of our Motivation Capital Concept(c). Motis is the transformed Motivation, which express, the level of Motivation a Seeker has for an Opportunity. Motis are used for selecting individuals and businesses.

You will get your top candidates at the end of day 5. The top profiles either individuals or businesses will be available in your profile

A Motis wallet holds your Motis in a digital wallet. I.e. digital storing of digital Motis in a digital wallet. Motis can only be used with the JOOB concept, but Motis can be bought and sold within JOOB e.g. on Auctions.

The best time to sell Motis is when you have landed your Opportunity or if you want to cash in on a high Motis rates on our Auctions.

The Motis Rate is calculated as a Weighted Average Rate of all trades in an Auction. We have 9 Auctions depending of which country your profile is set to. We have a Global Motis Rate shown in the top menu and we have 9 different Motis Rates one for each of the distributed 9 Auctions.

The Ask price is the price quoted by the Motis Seller in Auction. The Ask price is not binding, you can bid less than the Ask Price

The highest price on a Bid in the current Auction. We show the weighted average of in the Bid Rate in our top menu.

The difference in percentage between Ask Price and Bid in the current Auction. We show the Global Spread percentages in our top menu.

Total number of Motis traded in last 24 hours.

You will receive your Motis right after you have purchased your selected package. Although, if you already have a subscription, you will get your next Motis when your current subscription ends. You have only one active subscription at the time.
