We are a global and digital company established in July 2020 having HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark, Europe.

Job Role

The role is to conduct interviews and maybe translations. In our concept, we have opportunity ads open for three days only. This period is for applicants, individuals, and companies to apply to the opportunity ads. The opportunity freezes after three days, precisely. In the next two days, we need to identify candidates suitable for the requirements in the ads and select the number of candidates (normally 3,6 or 9) for interviews, conduct the interviews (approx. 30 minutes) on Zoom, MS Teams, or any other digital communication platforms.

You are the one conducting these interviews. This means interacting with our applicants on an online platform.

You will receive manuals, training, guidance, and all possible support from us.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with both companies and individuals (max. 30 minutes)
• Determine whether the candidates (company or individual) are qualified, can present the needed documentation, and have the right mindset required by the opportunity provider
• Document your findings in our system
• Translations between your language and English
• Guiding both opportunity seekers and opportunity providers
• Be a great ambassador for JOOB

Need-to-Have

• Credibility and professional attitude
• Living in Portugal and can communicate well in English (read, write, and speak)
• Practical knowledge from a job, intern or similar
• Communicating well with all kinds of people (from cleaning staff to C level management)
• Taking pride in your task and can give our customers an excellent experience
• To be flexible as interviews need to be executed within two days

• No formal education needed, also students pursuing their final year can apply
• Access to laptop or PC with solid internet connection
